HOW TO ORDER YOUR ITEMS:

1. Place the number of travel mugs you require of your design into your basket.

2. Fill out the personalisation details for the person you require on the bottle. This can be done in the personalisation window on the listing or by sending us the details through the messaging service.  PLEASE NOTE your design will be created in the order you give us the details from left to right.

3. Choose the front background of your print, by selecting in the drop down box.

4. If you require your items delivering to multiple addresses, please purchase our extra postage for each additional address from our additional listings.

5. Once we receive your order a proof is created of your deign.  We will message you this design through the messaging service.  PLEASE ENSURE that you check back within 24 hours of your order, to approve your image.  At this stage you will be able to reply with any amendments you require or to let us know you are happy for it to be created.  You will receive a reminder after 24 hours if we have not heard back from you.  If after 48 hours we have still not heard from you, the order will be printed and dispatched as per your initial design.  

Colours

All our products are handcrafted using an image transfer dye process that places special inks onto the products leaving a permanent image which will not peel or scratch off.  Due to many contributing factors, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on the website/phone and other devices will exactly match the colour on the product.  The design proof has been created according to the customers specifications.  It is the FULL responsibility of the buyer to provide correct spellings and any logo placement, etc. as we will print exactly how you provide the information.  

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within five working days of the order, this can be longer at busy times.  If you require your order quickly please let us know and choose our special delivery service.  During busy periods, the predicted arrival times are not always in line with the postal service.  We provide tracking numbers with most of our orders and thank you for your patience in these busy times as your purchase is on its way.
