HOW TO ORDER YOUR ITEMS:

1. Fill out the personalisation details for each person you require on the phone case UP TO 4 CHARACTERS ONLY. This can be done in the personalisation window on the listing or by sending us the details through the messaging service. PLEASE NOTE your design will be created in the order you give us the details from left to right.

2. Once we receive your order a proof is created of your design. We will message you this design through the messaging service. PLEASE ENSURE that you check back within 24 hours of your order, to approve your image. At this stage you will be able to reply with any amendments you require or to let us know you are happy for it to be created. You will receive a reminder after 24 hours if we have not heard back from you. If after 48 hours we have still not heard from you, the order will be printed and dispatched as per your initial design.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within five working days of the order, this can be longer at busy times. If you require your order quickly please let us know and choose our special delivery service. During busy periods, the predicted arrival times are not always in line with the postal service. We provide tracking numbers with most of our orders and thank you for your patience in these busy times as your purchase is on its way.
