The lids have a rotating top that opens and closes a mouth hole, to ensure ease of use and to keep your drink warm longer.  Plastic handles and base always ensure safe handling.  Our travel mugs are made of high quality, lightweight stainless steel/aluminium to create a high quality, long lasting and lightweight product.

Colours

All our products are handcrafted using an image transfer dye process that places special inks onto the products leaving a permanent image which will not peel or scratch off.    Due to many contributing factors, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on the website/phone and other devices will exactly match the colour on the product.   It is the FULL responsibility of the buyer to provide correct spellings and any logo placement, etc. as we will print exactly how you provide the information.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within two working days of the order, this can be longer at busy times.  If you require your order quickly please let us know and choose our special delivery service.  During busy periods, the predicted arrival times are not always in line with the postal service.  We provide tracking numbers with most of our orders and thank you for your patience in these busy times as your purchase is on its way.
