HOW TO ORDER YOUR ITEMS:

1. Place the number of mugs you require of your design into your basket.

2. Fill out the personalisation details you require on the mug.  This can be done in the personalisation window on the listing or by sending us the details through the messaging service.

2. If you require your items delivering to multiple addresses, please purchase our extra postage for each additional address from our other listings.

Colours
All our products are handcrafted using an image transfer dye process that places special inks onto the products leaving a permanent image which will not peel or scratch off.  The design proof has been created according to the customers specifications.  It is the FULL responsibility of the buyer to provide correct spellings and any logo placement, etc. as we will print exactly how you provide the information.  

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within five working days of the order, this can be longer at busy times.  If you require your order quickly please let us know and choose our special delivery service.  During busy periods, the predicted arrival times are not always in line with the postal service.  We provide tracking numbers with most of our orders and thank you for your patience in these busy times as your purchase is on its way.
