All our products are handcrafted using an image transfer dye process that places special inks onto the products leaving a permanent image which will not peel or scratch off. Different products can vary in boldness of colours and all display a clear print. Due to many contributing factors, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on the website/phone and other devices will exactly match the colour on the product. We strive to achieve the desired colours, but some variations can change beyond our control. The design proof has been created according to the customers specifications. It is the FULL responsibility of the buyer to provide correct spellings and any logo placement, etc. as we will print exactly how you provide the information.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch within two working days of the order, this can be longer at busy times. If you require your order quickly please let us know and choose our special delivery service. During busy periods, the predicted arrival times are not always in line with the postal service. We provide tracking numbers with most of our orders and thank you for your patience in these busy times as your purchase is on its way.

2. Send your artwork / image or design via the upload option or email
3. I'll send your design for you to approve at this point any changes can be made.
4. Once you approve the design, the item will be printed.
