HOW TO ORDER YOUR ITEMS:

1. Place the number of travel mugs you require of your design into your basket.

2. Fill out the personalisation details for each person you require on the mug for 2 PEOPLE.  (If you require more than 2 people, please see our other listings).  This can be done in the options on the listing or by sending us the details through email.  PLEASE NOTE your design will be created in the order you give us the details from left to right.

3. Choose the back of your mug, by selecting the correct number in the drop down box.

4. If you require your items delivering to multiple addresses, please purchase our extra postage for each additional address from our listings.

5. Once we receive your order a proof is created of your design.  We will message you this design through email.  PLEASE ENSURE that you check back within 24 hours of your order, to approve your image.  At this stage you will be able to reply with any amendments you require or to let us know you are happy for it to be created.  You will receive a reminder after 24 hours if we have not heard back from you.  If after 48 hours we have still not heard from you, the order will be printed and dispatched as per your initial design.
